What is Nahvalur's return policy?
At Nahvalur, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase from the Nahvalur official webstore, you are entitled to return any item within 20 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at email@example.com to request a return authorization. We will guide you through the return process.
- Ensure that the item you are returning is in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. We are unable to accept returns and issue refunds for items not in their original condition.
- Utilize the pre-paid Return Label you received from the return authorization. Simply leave the package at your nearest drop-off location.
*It's important to note that personalized Nahvalur products cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
Once your returned package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing (this may vary during peak times). In the event your return doesn't meet the conditions mentioned, the package will be returned to you. Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
How will my refunds be processed after I returned my products?
Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse, we typically approve the return within 3 business days. However, please note that during peak periods, this process may take up to 7 business days.
After your return has been approved, we will initiate the refund process immediately and send you a confirmation email to keep you updated. The duration it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account varies according to the payment method you used:
- Credit Card: After you receive our Return Acceptance Confirmation email, our bank will process the reimbursement within 7 business days. Please note, the time it takes for the credit to appear in your account is dependent on your credit card issuer's policies.
- PayPal: Once you receive our Return Confirmation email, you should see the refund in your PayPal account within 48 hours.
Does Nahvalur have an exchange service?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to change an item you have ordered, we suggest you return the undesired product following our return policy within 20 days of the delivery date and place a new order for the desired item on our official online store.
Please remember to ensure that the merchandise you return is in its original condition, with tags and packaging included, to ensure a successful return process. Personalized Nahvalur products, however, cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
