When fountain pens were first invented, all pens were made of a hardened rubber called ebonite. Today, hardly any pen companies are still using this beautiful material. The Nautilus series is bringing back this retro material while combining modern design elements. Three portholes are carefully crafted onto the body of the pen to allow users to view the ink reserve.

After a few weeks of use, I can say I very much like this pen. Beautiful to look at with the swirling purples in the body and lovely purple nib (Anthias Violet color), nice weight on the higher side which I enjoy, comfortable to hold and write with, consistent ink flow, low feedback, overall great to look at and also to write with. All I can ask for.
The first thing I noticed was an unpleasant smell from the pen. When I tried writing with it the nib is not smooth at all, it skips. For the price I expected a smooth instrument. I most likely won't ever use it.
I was more than happy with the Bronze Corydoras Fountain pen. When the pen broke, from an admitted user error while refilling, Nautilus sent me a replacement pen with no hassle. I will certainly look to nautilus for all future purchases.
Beautifully balanced, smooth nib and piston. One of the nicest piston filled pens I have ever used.
I have just discovered the joy of fountain pens and two from Nahvalur were amongst my first purchases - they are both lovely, well balanced and write beautifully. I will certainly be buying from here again.
